Iâm the Founder and CEO of uThrive Academy, and Iâm on a mission to help young people go from surviving to thriving, no matter their situation! I know firsthand what itâs like to start out with little resources and direction, and what it takes to be successful. As the first college graduate in my family, Iâve worked in a variety of industries, including for the Central Intelligence Agency, and have long championed youth empowerment policies abroad and in the U.S.Â
 It was during my transition into the nonprofit world as an Economic Empowerment Director that I saw the need for comprehensive and engaging economic empowerment resources.
