Hi, I’m Lindsay Dawson

I’m the Founder and CEO of uThrive Academy, and I’m on a mission to help young people go from surviving to thriving, no matter their situation! I know firsthand what it’s like to start out with little resources and direction, and what it takes to be successful. As the first college graduate in my family, I’ve worked in a variety of industries, including for the Central Intelligence Agency, and have long championed youth empowerment policies abroad and in the U.S. 

 It was during my transition into the nonprofit world as an Economic Empowerment Director that I saw the need for comprehensive and engaging economic empowerment resources. I created uThrive Academy as an answer to the lack of practical systematic support I, and millions of others like me, have received on career and financial planning for far too long. No longer do our young people have to make huge, life-altering decisions or struggle into adulthood alone.
